Shipping Policy

We currently dispatch orders though NZ Post on Monday and Friday each week. If your order is placed between 1pm Friday – Sunday it will be dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery time is usually within 3-5 working days. Your order may be processed faster than this, or may be delayed depending on the availability of our stock levels, or high demand for NZ Post. If this is the case, we will be in touch to let you know.

If you need our product urgently please send us an email and we will do our best to get the items to you as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

We do our best to package in a way that will keep your items safe, but if your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We're a small team of two doing our best to create something special for New Zealanders, and we stand behind our product 100%. Please think carefully before deciding to make your purchase, as we do not offer refunds if you decide our product is not for you. If your items are damaged please contact us at KeaPlayNZ@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement.
