About Kea Play
At Kea Play, we believe that toys should spark creativity without harming the planet. Which is why sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our toys are designed to be both fun and eco-friendly, ensuring your kids have endless hours of fun while also protecting our native forests and wildlife.
Our name, Kea Play, is inspired by the playful and cheeky nature of the Kea, one of New Zealand’s native parrots. Just like the Kea, we want our toys to inspire playfulness and curiosity in your children.
Each toy is a piece of New Zealand! A unique aspect of our toys is the kiwi-inspired designs, all of our toys reflect our NZ buildings and culture, bringing a piece of Aotearoa to every kid’s home.
Locally Made and Sustainable
All our toys are locally made in Aotearoa. Our supplies are sourced locally to ensure we’re always giving your kids the best toys.
We want to ensure we are doing our part when it comes to protecting our environment so we only use FSC and PEFC certified wood, making sure we’re not taking away from our beautiful native forests. Plus, this helps keep our native forest friends safe and sound in their homes!
Green is our favourite colour! All our products are made from wood, shipped in recycled and biodegradable bags, and packed with recycled materials. Plus, shipping with NZ Post means every delivery is carbon neutral.
